UPDATE - Tuesday 15th December.
All of our physical media/merchandise are manufactured and shipped worldwide from California, USA. Just over a week ago, California went back into lockdown due to the ongoing CoronaVirus outbreak.
Because of this, our manufacturing partners are having to comply with stricter safety protocols and are now operating at a reduced capacity. Our partners have now informed us that this reduced capacity will result in delayed shipping of our products.
We expect to have shipped all of the standard edition of In Search of Darkness: Part II by the end of December. However, shipping of our Collector Editions won't begin until after the holidays, w/c 8th January.
Customers will be sent a fulfilment email along with a tracking code as soon as your items are shipped but we are unable to provide an exact shipping date ahead of confirmation.
We apologise for the delay and we understand you may be disappointed, but unfortunately, this is not something we have any control over.
UPDATE - Tuesday 29th December
We're delighted to announce that we've begun shipping In Search of Darkness: Part II (standard edition) and expect all our standard edition orders to have been shipped by the end of December. Our Collector Editions are due to begin shipping 8th January and this process can take up to two week. We expect to have all items shipped by the 25th of January.
