Shipping of physical rewards/merchandise began on Monday, February 27th, 2023, and most orders will take two weeks to be shipped out.
Most orders from our fulfilment partner in California will be shipped out by March 10th 2023.

Important Information About Your In Search of Darkness: Part III - Trilogy Box Set Order
Dear Backer,
On Wednesday, March 8th, we were alerted to an error in our Shopify setup that has caused us to under-order trilogy slipcovers, resulting in a delay of 4 weeks for affected orders while we manufacture additional copies. You will know if your order is affected by this delay, as we will have sent you a separate email (please check your spam folder).
This issue is a result of human error on our part, and we are devastated that we did not catch the problem sooner. Our previous emails informing you of when you would receive your items were sent in good faith, and at the time we had no reason to believe there would be an issue.
Please accept our sincere apologies. We are doing everything we can to ensure you get your items quickly, but manufacturing new units does take time.
As you will have seen on social media, many buyers are already receiving their items. We know you may be disappointed to wait longer, but hope that there is some comfort in seeing that In Search of Darkness: Part III is real and it is coming.
We also want to alert you that we have a flash sale coming up in April. We want to reassure you that your order is the priority and existing backers will get the first batch of new trilogy slipcovers before flash sale orders.
