Unfortunately, we can only ship an order to the address we have on file. It is the backer's responsibility to ensure we have the correct address at the time of shipping.
If we've received no address update and/or if an order has been shipped to the wrong address, we suggest you contact the courier directly or contact your local post office to see if your order can be rerouted to your new address.
Usually, if an order has been sent to an incorrect address, it eventually gets returned to us. In this case, we can reship if a new shipping payment is provided. If the order cannot be retrieved, we can resupply the order and reship it for a fee.
