We are pleased to report that 90% of pre-orders have successfully completed their shipping fee payment for the In Search of Tomorrow Book. However, for the remaining backers who still need to pay their shipping fee, despite us sending out 3x email reminders, we are now sending out an SMS text message as an additional reminder. Below is an example of the text message these backers will receive:




Our In Search of Tomorrow book will ship to backers a few days after shipping payment has been received. Email requests for this are due to be sent out on September 10th, and you should receive one by September 20th, 2024,. After a successful payment, we will process your items, and you will receive a tracking code for your order in an email by Monday September 23rd.


Once you have received the tracking code, please allow 1-2 weeks for the package to arrive.


Why do I have to pay for shipping now?


This has been the plan from the beginning and it was clearly stated on our website, during checkout, and in your order information (see images below). Shipping charges fluctuate and we did not want to guess at the future price - by taking shipping now, we are able to charge you the actual cost, rather than inflating it to cover possible increases or holding money back during production to cover possible increases.

1. What email address and URL will backers be sent to?

  • Email: The request for shipping payment will come from `shipping@creatorvc.com`. Please ensure this email address is added to your safe sender list to avoid missing any important communication.
  • URL: You will be sent to  (https://shipping.80sscifibook.com)  


2. What should I do if my card gets declined?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with declined cards directly. If your card is declined, please contact your bank or card issuer and ask them to accept the charge. We understand this can be frustrating, but this issue is beyond our control.


3. What should I do if the shipping payment address confirmation is not accepted? 

  • If you encounter issues with your shipping payment address not being accepted, please reach out to our support team at `support@creatorvc.com`. We will manually add your address to ensure your order is fulfilled.

4. Can I cancel my order/obtain a refund?

  • We do not offer refunds on pre-orders beyond the initial 14-day refund window from the time of purchase.
