When Do I Pay for Shipping?

Shipping is charged at the point of fulfillment, not at checkout. We charge at-cost rates—this means you only pay what we pay, with no markup. Shipping is expected to begin in December 2025.

Estimated shipping costs:

  • $12 for domestic (U.S.) orders

  • $20 for international orders (without t-shirt)

  • $25 for international orders (with t-shirt)

Why Has the Price Increased for In Search of Darkness: 1995-1999?

This edition is a limited-run Collector’s Edition, featuring exclusive extras including a numbered card for each Blu-ray. Due to significant increases in our production and manufacturing costs, we’ve had to raise the price of our Collectable Blu-ray edition by $8 to ensure we continue to deliver the highest quality product possible.

My Payment Was Declined, What Should I Do?

We use Shopify, the world’s leading e-commerce platform, to process payments. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or card issuer and ask them to authorize the transaction—we’re unable to resolve this on our end.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After this period, your payment is allocated toward producing your order and is no longer refundable. If your item is damaged or lost during shipping (and we or our shipping partner is at fault), we will send a replacement.

Do You Accept International Orders?

Yes! We ship worldwide and accept payments in most currencies. All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars, but your bank or credit card will show the equivalent charge in your local currency.

What Will The Tech Specs for the Digital Download Be?

The digital version will be delivered as a 1080p H.264 MP4 file, approximately 15GB in size.

Why Isn’t There a DVD Format?

Due to low demand, we no longer offer our documentaries on DVD.

Will The Blu-ray Be Region-Free?

Yes. All our Blu-rays are region-free.

Will the Documentary Have Subtitles?

Yes. Subtitles will be available in English and Spanish.

Will The Documentary Be Available on Streaming Platforms?

No. This experience is exclusive to our backers and pre-order customers. There are no current plans to release it on streaming platforms.

What Can I Put as My Username in the Credits?

You may include a name, online handle, or blog/channel title—up to 28 characters. We do not allow offensive, racial, or sexual terms.
