Paying Shipping for Your Blu-ray Edition of The Thing Expanded
Thank you for backing The Thing Expanded. Your Blu-ray edition is on its way to being fulfilled, and we now need you to complete your shipping payment so we can get your copy out to you.
How to pay your shipping

What we'll ask you for
When you visit the payment page, we'll ask you to provide two things:
- The email address you used to place your original order. This lets us match your shipping payment to the correct backer record.
- Your country. This determines which shipping rate applies to you (see the tiers below).
Please make sure the email you enter is the same one used at the time of your order, otherwise we may not be able to match your payment to your reward.
Shipping pricing
Shipping is charged in three tiers:
- $15 for domestic shipping (United States)
- $20 for international shipping
- $23 for international shipping if you also ordered a t-shirt
Once you've paid your shipping, you'll receive a receipt, and fulfilment is due to begin in mid-June.
We do not profit from shipping
We want to be completely transparent: we do not make any profit on shipping. These amounts are exactly what our fulfilment company charges us, combined with what the shipping carriers charge. We simply pass on the direct cost to you with nothing added on top.
Reminder emails
If you haven't yet paid your shipping, we'll send you a weekly reminder email. We'll do this for four weeks to make sure no one misses the window to complete their payment.
Your Blu-ray copy of The Thing Expanded is part of a strictly limited run and comes with its own individually numbered card, making it a genuine collectable. Given how popular this documentary has been, these won't be available for very long, and once they're gone, they're gone. As we've seen with our previous documentaries, editions like these tend to appreciate in value over time, so this is one to hold onto. We truly hope you love it.
