UPDATE - Tuesday 10th September: 

Standard Blu-Ray packages should ship out within 48 hours of the shipping payment being received, however orders that include upsells such as In Search of Darkness or In Search of Tomorrow can take up to 4 days to ship out.


UPDATE - Monday 9th September. All backers have been emailed with a request to make the shipping payment. 

Please check your spam folder if you haven't yet received your shipping payment request email. If you cannot locate the email, don't hesitate to get in touch with support@creatorvc.com.


Aliens Expanded will ship to backers a few days after payment for shipping has been received. Requests for this via email are now being sent out now, and you should receive one by September 6th 2024. After a successful payment, we will process your items, and you will receive a tracking code for your order in an email within a couple of days.


Once you have received the tracking code, please allow 1-2 weeks for the package to arrive.


Why do I have to pay for shipping now?


This has been the plan from the beginning and it was clearly stated on our website, during checkout, and in your order information. Shipping charges fluctuate and we did not want to guess at the future price - by taking shipping now, we are able to charge you the actual cost, rather than inflating it to cover possible increases or holding money back during production to cover possible increases.


How Much is Shipping?


Shipping is $13 for US, $20 for international, and $25 for international with a t-shirt.

1. What email address and URL will backers be sent to?

  • Email: The request for shipping payment will come from `shipping@creatorvc.com`. Please ensure this email address is added to your safe sender list to avoid missing any important communication.

2. What should I do if my card gets declined?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with declined cards directly. If your card is declined, please contact your bank or card issuer and ask them to accept the charge. We understand this can be frustrating, but this issue is beyond our control.


3. What should I do if the shipping payment address confirmation is not accepted? 

  • If you encounter issues with your shipping payment address not being accepted, please reach out to our support team at `support@creatorvc.com`. We will manually add your address to ensure your order is fulfilled.
