Issue:


You’ve completed your shipping payment for Aliens Expanded, but you haven’t yet received your tracking link.


Solution:


Once you’ve paid the shipping fee, please allow up to 3 working days to receive your tracking code via email. This will confirm that your package has been shipped.


Here’s what to do in the meantime:


    1.    Check Your Spam Folder: Tracking emails can sometimes end up in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there.

    2.    Batch Shipping Process: Our fulfillment center in California is shipping Aliens Expanded Blu-ray packages in batches. This means your shipment may not be processed instantly, but rest assured it’s on its way.


If It’s Been More Than 3 Working Days:


If more than 3 working days have passed since you made your shipping payment and you still haven’t received a tracking code, please reach out to us at support@creatorvc.com, and we will look into it for you.
